yeah but that's a 2080ti too! whereas versus a 2080 or talking 60% increase at another resolution higher for the same cost!

Its all about the power and thermals. Every 5C drops the boost by 15Mhz.

And the review I read said the FE hit its power limit all the time when they tried to overclock it.

I would hazard a guess all these temps are taken with a case side off given the nature of reviews.
So a 75 deg card (and I am betting that wasn't with furmark) ... not impressed with that TBH.

No it's not, just watched hardware unboxed video on average it's around 75% which is 75% of the 2080 not twice as fast as Jensen said.

Has this gen got decent cooling. The cooler on my evga 2070Super is frankly rubbish. Fans are really loud.
