Seems odd to cancel now. AIBs aren't expected to ship volume until mid Feb, so I doubt any of these dates are accurate.Yeah sadly I got the same, just cancelled. Oh well nvm. Except mine said delivery June lol.
Only on Preorder, when they eventually decided to join the party at 16:57... sad timesDid anyone manage to buy a 5090 from OCUK?
Well I have a 4090 anyway which with the new driver etc is doing rather well.Seems odd to cancel now. AIBs aren't expected to ship volume until mid Feb, so I doubt any of these dates are accurate.
Yeah I just don’t care that much, I don’t like uncertainty, they can either sell it now or not as far as I’m concerned. I’ll take my chances.I wouldn't be cancelling any pre-orders now unless you really don't want the card any more. Your best bet now is to sit in a queue - the only way you will get a card faster is if you somehow get lucky on an FE drop. You've got to weigh up whether the chances of that are high enough to justify a life spent tied to a stock alert for the next few weeks/months.
Good luck, but that’s what mine said until just now.I managed to get a Zotac 5090 yesterday from somewhere else and must have been one of the first ones, as currently being picked with Tuesday being the delivery date.
you lucky lucky bar steward lol.Good luck, but that’s what mine said until just now.
You need to question your life choices when you are happy to hand over up to £3K now for a GPU that may arrive at 'some' distant point in the future. The stock is clearly not available, gamers are NOT NVIDIAs priority, and the 5080 is laughable in terms of some of the prices being 'offered'.
What a sad state of affairs, and FOMO is enabling this continued behaviour from a multi-trillion supplier who must be laughing their ******* off. Get a grip.
I went through that with the 3080, months of missing out by seconds... never again.I wouldn't be cancelling any pre-orders now unless you really don't want the card any more. For those of us that can afford it, what difference does it make to you?You need to question your life choices when you are happy to hand over up to £3K now for a GPU that may arrive at 'some' distant point in the future.
