SBI have weaseled their way in due to weak management and seem hell bent on destroying the studios from the inside out.
They do it for the ESG money they wouldn't get without being woke, none of the studios are funding their own games.
They must realise when its too late they basically destroyed the company to make 1% of the population happy

But by all accounts so far this looks like it may be a good game...none of the complaints in this thread talk about the game or gameplay only the addition of a pronoun option in the character creator.

Discrimination against anyone is bad. There is no such thing as “positive discrimination”.
We made progress as a society where in the main people were being treated fairly and on merit. Unfortunately we have a minority who now want to change this by actively discriminating against people based on their race or their sex or even their sexual orientation.
A big problem with so many recent games is they are being created by activists rather than “people of talent”.

Fair point, but look at some of the nonsense that’s being put out and how well it’s going for these studios, Firewalk for one.
I dont get whats wrong with the context of that tweet? Offering advice to an under represented minority in your field is a good thing. Working in telecoms and tech it is also full of crusty old white dudes(like I will be one day), anybody helping to bring in fresh blood to add diversity is a good thing whether that's bringing in more women or different ethnicities etc

If he had said there were too many “crusty old black dudes” in the industry do you think that would have been acceptable?
If he was a black man working in an industry that was dominated by black males and was trying to promote diversity then yes.
