You've really got the wrong end of the stick of you think i'm here to get back-slapping and nothing else... in fact i'd say thats an ill-thought snap judgement if i've ever seen one. The guy was not constructive... almost everyone else in this thread could see that, if you couldn't then that doesn't make you right, it just makes you less perceptive with less sound judgement than others have displayed.

Yes obviously im that sort of person..You can see that in the discussion you and I just had in speakers corner..Im totally unable to take a point..

heres the thing....I have a dissenting opinion here, not you...you refuse to accept my opinion and have tried to insult or belittle me in every one of your posts to me. Not once have I said anything malicious or insulting toward you.

and how on earth was my comment barbed? I even explained in a previous post part of why i think im more experienced.

edit...lets agree to disagree then..but less of the jabs while youre doing it

Thx for your help guys, got my ass down the gym and did a back workout, and I took some totally unnecessary pictures of the results (got to say using a flash sucks all definition away)!

I had this gym within walking distance all this time, and its got familiar faces there, its awesome; but a not cheap. £50 to join, £42 per month or £31 per month for 2 years!

Absolutely packed with machines, and even go some strong man equipment. There are some big guys there too.

I do, although I think its homoerotic to compliment other men on their physique - so had kept schtum.

You can see that you work out, particularly from your abs on the first picture - they look quite well developed. Also, you have a low bodyfat.

One of my Grandma's children, Uncle John, was born hairy. He is like 65+ now, and he worked on the roads since he was 13! This is in Ireland. I saw him 2 years ago and his arms looked like arnold schwazenigger's, at 65 lol; beat that.

np can get some leg shots done later, although not my strongest area, i can still squat 100k+ which isn't too bad, my upper body (especially my back) is fairly strong, EZ curls of 40kg, dumbell curls of 20kg(x2), shoulder press of 28-30kg dumbells, flyes of 27-30kg dumbells, skull crushers/overhead extensions of 35-40kg's
