You have fantastic traps, looking big and powerful fella. How's training going recently?

thanks :D
training is coming on, the weights are all rising back to where they were (in some cases more, did a seated BB shoulder press of 80kg). im just getting my body ready for a cut (of sorts!), will post more about that soon though :D

Impressive, how tall?

thanks :]

quite short :/
5'9 ish

for those wondering, its not a mirror its the reflection from a window, in the kitchen (which looks out into the conservatory), the 'handbag' is actually a bag of cat litter (it roughens the protein shakes up a bit!). Oh, i use KOS as well :D

np can get some leg shots done later, although not my strongest area, i can still squat 100k+ which isn't too bad, my upper body (especially my back) is fairly strong, EZ curls of 40kg, dumbell curls of 20kg(x2), shoulder press of 28-30kg dumbells, flyes of 27-30kg dumbells, skull crushers/overhead extensions of 35-40kg's

considering i dont agree with a lot of what you say about weights and things, you have a great body, which if it is a result of the stuff you have said before, all credit to you :]

Those are impressive lifts Harris considering you are quite lean (though you didnt say how many reps you are doing of those weights).

Normally I find the slimmer types of people who have lower body fats tend to be inherantly weaker.

Now someone like Morba who is not lean should be able to lift those poundages with ease. But Im sure if he went on a leaning out phase and got "ripped", he would lose a big percentage of his power output.

I didnt realise that there were so many people who actually have goals when going to the gym. Normally I see people in the gym who just chat and treat the whole thing as a place to socialise and attempt to look cool, dress up in trendy gear, do their hair up, attract women/men, etc. and whose post workout drink is alcohol in a bar with their mates. There are very few people who take 'The Gym' seriously.

agreed, leaner people do tend to be slightly weaker which is a bit of a tradeoff of having a fast metabolism and then lower body fat, sometimes i wish it wasn't as fast. as for amounts of reps for the weights i stated : squats (100kg+) = 4x8 / ez curls(40kg) = 2x8, 2x6-8 / dumbell curls (20kg) = 2x7-8, 2x6 / shoulder press(28-30kg) = 4x8 / flyes (27-30kg) = 1x8 on 30kg, 3x8 27.5kgs / skullcrushers or overheads(35-40lg) = 4x8

whilst i'm not going to be setting any records i feel for my build and size these are still fairly impressive in that i can keep up with some of the bigger guys in the gym (makes me laugh when i see them smurk when i pick up the 30's thinking i won't be able to lift them, then i do flyes with them and their faces drop  )
ofcourse my strength isn't all natural (god bless La Muscle Norateen Heavyweight 2)

You know a simple bulk will allow you to add mass? Larger people will generally have a faster metabolism due to their eating pattern and/or muscle mass. If you eat correctly and train correctly you could easily add some lbs.

Your lifts arn't bad at all, what's you bodyweight?

I'm not going to say a thing about the supps.

Hunched shoulders I'm betting. Look in the mirror, put your shoulders at normal height. Then lower your shoulders a bit and look again.

He has large traps, it's entirely possible to tense them and if they're large enough as Morba's look then they will sit there like that.

For sure, get it right and you could have a great physique. You're at a perfect place to add some quality lean mass.

Lifts are good for your bodyweight. What about benching (BB or DB) and deads?

If you can comfortably do 90-100KGs why are you not upping the weight?

Yeah, he has large traps but his posture looks a little unnatural as well. I'm not saying he has weedy traps, drops his shoulders and *boom* - I'm saying he has large traps that are made more prominent by dropping his shoulders...

I'm sure he could confirm on deny rather than we speculate

When are you ever going to post some form of pic on this forum, or are you going to remain enigmatic forever. :p
