MTA, what routine do you follow? You have a very good V shape going on, well done mate :)

Just stick to the basics - heavy pulldown/chin and heavy rows.

The actual routine a did before that pic was:

lat pulldown:
warmup
3 x 8 heavy
then 3 super sets of
8xwidegrip 8xleaning back 8xclose grip

Then 3 supersets of
8xBOR 8xez-curls 8xpower cleans

and finished of with 3 supersets of
8xsingle arm row 8xcable curls

All done in 45mins during lunch hour

Looking impressive there mate. Very good upper back thickness going on there... I'm jealous!

Great base there to add some quality mass, especially to your chest and arms, you could be looking awesome this time next year ;)

Thanks for all the comments guys. I'm hoping I can put on some lean mass this year while maintaining a low body fat. It's slower, but I don't like the bulk/cut cycles.

I train abs with chest. Treat it like any other muscle and hit it with a decent weight to stimulate growth. I sometimes do a few set of crunches at the end of a workout if I feel the need. The best thing for abs is a low body fat.

Heres a copy of my routine at the moment: 2008_4_Day_Split.docx

About 4 years, but only took it seriously for the past two. Too much eating like a small girl before I actually added some decent size.

I'm a power/Oly lifter, not really into bodybuilding but I try and maintain a v-taper and keep the stomach in control.
