Why don't you try fruit/raw veg rather than a bar? Much better for you, takes more energy for your body to digest and helps you get towards your daily 5. The little and often rule is supposed to be applied to meals iirc, so snacking often doesn't really count. From what I can tell, you should be eating 5-7 small meals per day. What you're doing is just snacking on a sugar-filled bar.
