Done 36.4 Miles on the bike this week, I didnt ride to work on friday as it was pooring down with rain and 25 mins on bike at 5:30 am in the rain was not an option.

Hoping to get my car fixed soon so i can go look at new MTB, on 2-10 all next week, its a lot easier to go to work on the bike 2-10.

I hope to rack up 64 Miles next week, i may stop off at the gym on the way to work on the bike, but i just dont think i am fit enough to do that just yet.
 
Well last night kinda screwed my diet :o

Too much to drink and then an all you can eat chinese buffet (our valentines meal out) - opps :o

On the plus side the chinese was gorgeous :D




Edit: oh and since Thursday I've had a really annoying cold developing - oh to be able to breathe thru my nose again :(

Bleh. Blew my healthy eating out of the window this weekend. I was doing alright until Sat teatime, when I had scampi & chips (oops). Also had a couple of drinks (not much) and then really blew it today with a sausage sarnie (mmmmmm) and a Big Mac meal. Not too worried though as I did better than I thought I would, and my snuffles have more or less gone now, so I can get some hardcore gym action in this week :)

Still not looking forward to my weigh in though! lol :D

Got to allow yourself to have fun once in a while, life is for living! I don't know what your fussing about anyhow but thats not what this thread is about i suppose.

Started at 82kgs, now down to a steady 80kgs or thereabouts. I've seen 79kgs but that was water weight. I can already see a difference. :D Decided to start building towards a half marathon using one of Hal Higdon's plans (see his website). Ran just over 4 miles today and felt fine, bit tight now though! I end up with a stitch before I get half tired though which is really annoying, any ideas how to deal with them?
 
:eek: I have managed to lose another 2lbs. How? What? Yay!! :cool: I've also just come past where I got to last time, so I'm off the plateau.

Had to weigh myself 3 times. The first time, the scales told me that I'd lost 5lbs, so I slapped them around a bit, and they settled on 2lbs.

I am now 94.5% my original weight. Getting there

Went to the Trafford Centre on Friday and bought a few new clothes. It's so nice to actually try on stuff and not have to breathe in or think "I should really be buying the next size up".

Awww, thankyou :) But no, for me, this is about how I feel about myself, not how other people perceive me.

Sorry to hear that you've caught man flu. Drink lots of hot drinks, and rest up. Hope you recover soon!! xx
 
It was the gallons of sweat in the krazy house that did it ;)

At the meet I had about 5kg of meat, 3kg of chips and many units of alcohol, the day after I had two huuuuge chocolate cookie things.

Today I weigh 1lb less than I did on Friday.

This dieting thing rocks ;)

Oh yeah, progression, started at 14'2 (i think). Verging on 13'0 and 12'13 atm.

I was dreading weighing myself this morning , I only count the Friday weigh in but I weight myself every day just out of curiosity ..

I weigh the same as friday after eating crap all weeked :eek: :D

I think I got my metabolism working again WOOT WOOT WOOT !!!!

Got body pump tonight , still feeling a touch ropey so I might drop my weights a touch :)
 
I weighed in at 12 stone 7 pounds this morning. So that means i've lost 6 pounds since I started on 23rd January. My healthy eating plan quickly went out the window though after a week or so as i've been quite stressed out the last few weeks but i'm going to get it going again. I'm planning on going off all sweet/fatty things for lent this year which I know will be hard but i'll do it and hopefully that will help me a bit.
