Well I seemed to have made a breakthrough !
I'm down to 8st 6lbs which is the lightest I've been for a while , it seems the eating more food and drinking the green tea has given my metabolism the boost it needs
I went to Circuit last night because I didn't go to Pump on monday and also went on the Cross Trainer afterwards so I had a good cardio workout
I'm finding I work MUCH harder in a class because I lack the motivation to push myself and also I enjoy doing some cardio afterwards so I'm going to join the gym and increase the classes
My timetable will be as follows :
Monday 8pm-9pm : Body Pump
Wednesday 7pm-8pm : Circuit followed by 30 mins of cardio ( 15 on bike & 15 on X-Trainer)
Thursday 7.30-8.30 : Body Pump Followed by the 30 mins of cardio again
Will also pop in some more cardio as and when I have the time or am stuck for things to do .. once I feel a bit happier with my body I might chuck some swimming in on the weekends
Just wondering what our resident gurus thought ?
