Is that at the corals gym, they've got some monitors on the cross machines and the treadmills.

P.S You'll love spinning piggy :D You'll be quite tired though afterwards!

Dead and looking for some padded cycling shorts - highly recommended if (once) you get into it. A nice pair of baggies that have a padded insert are just the job.
 
Trust me, no one will be looking at your arse! They'll just be trying to get to the end of the class without dying!

My thighs are still aching today from pump on monday .. we did some of the new tracks... Don't know if you've done any yet Kate but the new lunge track .. O M G !!!

Lots of pulsing in the lower half , youchy ! ;)

No mate, it is Lancing Leisure Centre gym - worth a look at least, though if you are in Brighton quite far... Southwick leisure centre is in the same group and I was talking to the PT last night and they said Southwick should be getting a re-furb and new machines in May.

Other than that, a couple of my friends went to Corals, I haven't I guess its ok!

Been to Dragons - overrated just because the likes of Jordan go there, too claustrophobic though it has a pool, steam and sauna.

The one at Falmer (I think it is an Esporta now) used to be Brighton and Hove Raquet Club, is probably the nicest, though as I worked at the Uni I got a good discount :D it has everything there...

hmmm, maybe I should put an apearance in this thread as I've started the gym again, dunno when I'll go next as I think I've broken myself.
 
Oh dear god I am cream crackered ! :p

Saw a poster in the Gym today advertising a beginners RPM class next Tues so I'm gonna skip the one on Friday and do that one instead as I've never done anything like it before :o
 
Monday Morning Weigh - In ..

8st 5lbs dead ! YIPEEEEE !!! :D

Not bad at all considering I only did Mon & Wed last week .. This week I'll be doing Mon , Tues , Wed and Thurs

I'll possibly be dead by Friday ! :p

Yesterday, just to see, I tried a pair of jeans on that about a month ago I couldn't even get past my arse

I could just about do them up , they were a bit tight so I'm not going to wear them but it proves it's working :D :D

Another couple of weeks and hopefully they'll be a perfect fit again :)
 
right i've just gone through the 16.5 stone barrier, so as from today i'm off to the gym 3 times a week as I really don't want to end uni this year having got to 17st and therefore having achieved a weight gain of a stone a year.

now for the embarrassment of seeing how unfit I am at the gym...
 
Just wieghes my self, In 3 weeks I have lost 9 pounds.

Am a big guy tbh ;) So no laughin I hav gone from 16st12 to 16st3 all come off from the mid section lol

Doesnt help am about as tall as tom cruise at 5ft 6 :eek:

Slim fast still tastes great and I have started going walking.
