Late weigh in! I've lost 1lb since last week, which brings me down to just 1lb over what I was before I went on holiday. Wasn't very good last week though. I had an Indian on Saturday night, a big dinner on Sunday which I cooked for Mum, and 2 little Smarties cakes on Friday because it was someone's birthday. This week, I've limited myself to 1 chocolate item.. a slice of my brother's birthday cake. It's a chocolate hedgehog (he's 29), and I chose it so it really would be rude not to have a slice. He's not cut it yet though.
Had another bloody cold last week, so I missed out on another week of gymming
, and then had a friend over on Saturday, and Mothers Day on Sunday so I couldn't gym then. I know, I'm useless. Definitely back at it this week though. I've packed my bag, and will go after work. Piggy's also persuaded me to give circuits a try, so I'll have a look at the timetable when I go in tonight. It looks fun, but I lothed circuits at school, so have been put off.
The work competition has now finished, THANK GOD! I can go this alone now, without quite so much pressure etc. Hopefully that's a good thing.
