Its realy hard to take pics of your legs My knees are starting to feel better this week been taking omega 3 fish oils and plenty of glucosamine. I've been watching loads vids and reading up on squat form and praticing with no weight. Also i've been thinking about knee supports, can anyone recommend me any. I've been looking at exercises to help the knees, anyone else have problems with theres and what did you do to help them I need to squat! Havn't done any in nearly 2 weeks now! It's getting to me
