Half way through my second cycle of HST. Body fat has dropped a little, strength on the up.

Anyone have a rough idea what my BF% might be at?

tbh when I was that big, I could do a lot of stuff, low point in my life. In 2005 I was the roughly the same I am now, just let myself go

Over 4 years, eating healthy, exercising, with more effort I could be looking a lot better. I got down to a good weight about 6 months after that picture but just coasted when I thought I looked and felt ok, its all about pushing yourself.

I cant wait to get down to good body fat level and see my muscles
 
That's an amazing transformation cheets, are you still trying to maintain a calorie deficit?

Cheers FF, I've been doing wide hammer grip pull ups most days I just can't get enough of them, guess they're paying off.

The diet I am on is harsh, only protein from food stuffs no shakes, few carbs, loads of nuts and bolts but just ruining the body, No Excuses

Pints get in the way, football season is at an end and its not a world cup year so, all good, Sunday I am getting hammered, will batter my heart in June/July, Saturdays to burn. I do loads of cycling, shorts bursts 5-10 miles just power down.

Given up a lot of temptation, ale is my only vice.

My upper body = weak, no interest, great work outs but its just meh
My legs = power, want to work them all week, but it does not impress the women
