Nice work, 100lbs lost, what did you do, just eat sensibly, lean meats and plenty of exercise?

At the start I pretty much read that, and did it. Keep it simple, stupid. I enjoyed 6 months of noob gains at the same time as cutting fat, got up to 75/95/120 5RM b/sq/dl then plateaued.

Started a new job in July when I switched to leangains 16/8 fast/feed, have continued to drop 1-2lbs a week (average'd out) since with no/minimal compound strength gains (strangely my isolations do still go up occasionally). Guess the calorie deficit has caught up with me.
Since starting IF I do pay more attention to calories/macros, but I still have (at least) 1 cheat meal every week and occasional booze nights.

I'm getting bored of not getting stronger, so I'm strongly considering a slow (SLOW!) bulk after Christmas and doing stronglifts. At the same time though I could probably drop to 75kg or maybe less :/. Undecided.

I cant help but notice you were better with the ladies when you were a chunk however ;)

congrats

I don't tend to keep many women in my ensuite, unfortunately ;).

Wow! Amazing! You look like a completely different person! Well done! :)

Thanks FF. I'm not finished yet but I have to say a huge thanks to all the Gym Rats massive. Couldn't/Wouldn't of done it without the likes of yourself, BennyC, icecold, Lie, tom_e, Steedie etc.

That unfortunately is the difference between being at Uni and not, I have the social life of a hibernating bear now I'm a graduate :(. feelsbadman.jpg.

I have to admit I didn't look at the first pic properly, focused on 2 and 3 and just read 5 ft 11, 81kg - looked at the pictures again and thought "that can't be true" ! then I read the whole post - WOW

Congratulations lad, excellent progress.

I feel you about the graduate bit, although I'm on a grad program and do go out with my work colleagues now and then it's not the same thing anymore.:(

First time I've posted photos in a while, so here goes. Towards the end of my off season now, at Christmas I will taper off the calories until February when my cut will begin. So this is as "fat" as I'll be. Which is a big improvement on where I was last time I began dieting. Looking at pictures from last year, I'd say my shoulders have improved a lot since giving them their own day, and the width I have in my back

And this isn't even a pose really, was just messing around, trying to find a good shot to show my waist and shoulders width (I think my waist has stayed fairly small this time round, all the fat seems to have gone onto my upper back), and ended up with this, quite like it :p

About 14-15, around that mark

What sort of % do abs and what not come out to play? Will situps help at all (I know it's mainly about fat loss). If do push ups/ situps and look a certain way, I can sort of see my abs. But not normally. :p

I was going to say you need to have a bath, dirty beggar. But you must have mud all over the lense. ;)

That's the mirror, it's kinda rusted (??). I live in a right **** hole.
