OcUK Health Seekers: Post your progress pics

There are various places on the internet that can tell you haw to work it out and although it won't be very accurate it's probably enough if you are trying to keep track of yours and don't want to spend any money.
 
Scales are rubbish. You need to get it done using calipers - or if you can afford it, have a hydrostatic measurement done. And if you're REALLY flush a Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry scan (DEXA).

lol not really i just wanted a good way to track the muscle i'm putting on. a mirror will do i suppose
 
Mirror is best. However, getting someone to do caliper tests occaisionally is quite a good way. Bear in mind that some days you may carry more water than others, so it's really hard to be fair and accurate. Until you start measuring over several years the sporadic bit of data can't really be trusted.
 
Arms are actually 14.5 cold flexed now, which is up quite a bit in not a huge amount of time, probably why i gained some stretch marks :o Still look like **** in a tshirt though :p Don't really measure anything else so purely going by the mirror.
 
how tall are you?
definitely some mass increase there, and arms don't look bad at all for 14.5"
Mine are a bit over 16" cold and they barely look any bigger. :(

Not gonna happen for a while :o Back still isn't 100% from last week and i want to get my posture completely sorted before i start doing heavy DL/squats again.

Plus cutting now so comin at your aesthetics :p
 
Sucks man. Just think about recovery really, no point over stressing it.

Things seem to be going well for you anyway in general!
