Not gonna happen for a while :o Back still isn't 100% from last week and i want to get my posture completely sorted before i start doing heavy DL/squats again.

Plus cutting now so comin at your aesthetics :p


Bring it on!!! ;) lifting heavy and never been so light 66.8kg this morning! all dairy, sugars out my diet 100% strict never been so bored in all my life. How anyone does this for living it beyond me :D

66.8kg :o My diet isn't strict at all, infact it's basically bulking diet with less cereal and no snacks. Might tighten it up a bit soon depends how i'm progressing.

I noticed yesterday even though i've only dropped like 2-3kg so far pullups are already wayyyyy easier. Managed 8-8-6-5 which is a lot more than usual.
 
2 weeks further into a cut. Bouncing around the 74kg mark. I 'think' I might have lost a little fat, but 2 weeks aint a great deal of time. Just putting together a 6-8 week time line so thought I'd post it. Lower abs are still camera shy

And yes, they are the same jogging bottoms. I disgust myself too :D :D

Syla5, I would use Photobucket! I see a lot of people using Imageshack but I think it's a pile of ****!

Cheers dude :) Been trying anyway! Just need more mass, but trying to do this without putting on too much fat so it's going to be slow, but I don't mind.

I just use photobucket, no real reason, I just signed up randomly...I upload the pic, then resize it manually. Meh :p
