I can't not eat breakfast....its just weird.

Krisboats, you will need to adjust your diet eventually, you will make gains for so long, then hit a wall. Simply put, you will need more food
 
This is what I have for a quick high calorie brekkie if you want ideas

1 cup oats
2 scoops whey
1 scoop flax
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp olive oil
cinnamon
300ml water

blend into shake. I drink that with a couple of fish oil caps and eat a banana. IIRC it's 800-900 kcals.

You could get a lot of it ready the night before and then just mix in the morning. Takes 2 mins to make and 2 mins to drink.
 
My favourite calorific smoothie was:

1/2 tub of live natural yoghurt
big handful of mixed berries
big handful of blueberries
Big handful of oats
1 banana
1 apple
2 large scoops of whey
1 large tablespoon of peanut butter
cinnamon
fullfat milk

Blend.

SO much happiness in 1L. :D :D :D

I wouldn't recommend it for everyone - but certainly from time to time it's a great calorie counter!

EDIT: @LiE: I chose wraps over pitas due to the less carbs, i was going kinda non-carb throughout the day where I could, then carbs evening for dinner. Odd yes, but thats how life is really :p

Too much dairy for me but looks like something I would have enjoyed in my milk drinking days. Good selection of fruit. Might consider berries in mine but might have to use a different flavour whey than choc.

Oh yeah lots of dairy, and unflavoured whey... but I can cope with dairy really well fortunately. However, it's something that I would do once in a while now - I used to have that EVERY DAY! Then again i was over 16st :p
