Calfs Steedie ..i got some I could rent ya pic taken 6-7 months ago...seem to be stronger now even though I didnt train for months...but same size I think. Think calves are just baout your make-up...if you dont have them. I knida alwasy did for some reason....maybe cos of a lot of running in younger years?? I dont even train them much at all.

hehe...freshly shaved and moisturised
Naa...they hairy...just had been on holiday and in the sun lots, makes my hair go very light. Also had a good 'anabolic' suntan which is why i took some pics. I think just the camera flash makes them look shiny.

not quite so just now...but trying to make a comeback. tendonitis in the arm for over a year now...keeps coming back worse every time, however near 2 months training and its still at bay this time, but nigly with arm and back work and sore every day at some point
