Exactly why i'm not squatting/Dling at the moment. Mine is so much better than it was but still a fair bit to go. I'm at a kind of mid point where my back pain is actually worse because my muscles aren't used to being 'fixed' :p Taking time though that's for sure
 

As said, your belly isn't at all big, it's the fact your back is arching more than likely, get that sorted before hitting the big weights and it'll work wonders :)

Out of interest, have you made comparisons with pics over this time frame or?
 
No i never took any starting pics but i can see exactly what it used to look like simply by arching my back as much as i physically can right now ;) so i could take a cheating comparison

You'd look a lot better if you posed correctly :)

Don't pinch your shoulder blades together on your BDP, flare your lats out and show your width, then rotate your arms back and that will bring out the thickness

Also your FDB, bring your arms forward a touch and actually flex your biceps rather than just bend your arms

I'm not really sure what I'm doing when it comes to taking pictures of myself so it's usually just a case of standing still, tensing my muscles and waiting for the click :o

Will take your notes on board when I take some more pictures in a few weeks :)
 
If you went on a bit of a cut and kept your strength up you'd have some insane power/weight ratios going on :p Big dude!



12kg difference, doesn't look it imo. bf% is about the same maybe slightly less now, think i was tensing in the before pic. a year and a half almost on the dot between the two. Strong uneven nipples :( Strong lack of arm growth. timetobulk.jpg

Some definite improvements there, shoulders, chest and lats in particular. 12kg is loads though, where's the rest of the growth? Legs?
 
<3 Just need to pack some more size on before the meet :cool: Although circumstances may change this week meaning i no longer have frequent gym access which could be an issue... We'll see :p
