I remember that kid, he has mad genes doesnt retain any bodyfat and naturally grows muscle mass. Its a real issue as he needs a large caloric intake as he has no storage fat. Could be an epic bodybuilder one day lol certainly the worlds best natty

When his parents split up didn't his mother say that his father gave him "supplements"? Of course, that may have just been some mud slinging.
 
Is that the kid with the genetic myostatin deficiency/inactivity?

If someone could synthesize some kind of myostatin inhibitor, it would be the best steroid ever.

First time ive ever seen a slight hint of ab muscle, so had to take a photo :D Been eating really badly the last fortnight too, need to start eating clean again.

Tom, can you link me to a picture of you when you started. I'm sure I remember you posting it a good while back but can't find it, just want to see the comparison! Your looking in pretty good shape now!
 
vail3r, cheers :) I started playing basketball again late september 2010, which is when i started to lose weight. I didn't start doing any lifting until late April 2012 when this years basketball season finished.

September 2010, 20st 1lbs:

Thats a awesome improvement, thanks for putting the pictures up im looking for inspiration at the min. Your results once you started lifting are pretty impressive!
