Arms look terrible as always though they are getting notably bigger now ive started doing pullups so will give it a little bit of time but i might have to add a proper arm workout in :x
Need to do some leg shots as im fairly fond of my quads over any other part of me lol, definitely my strongest part can kinda see the shape from the bottom of that photo but not properly.
Did you get the bonus of being a former fattie and having huge calves?
