OcUK Health Seekers: Post your progress pics

At a point where the thought of posting my body shots no longer fills me with dread and a desire to /wrists.

Before's = June 2012 - no history of lifting heavy weights or regular exercise
Afters = pics from Dec 2012, Jan 2013 - 6 months or so of Stronglifts and a recomp diet with emphasis on cutting (over-eating slightly x3 a week on training days, under-eating a decent amount x4 a week on rest days), done Leangains style with the carb/fat cycling.

Yes I'm a little manlet with not a lot of mass, wish I'd started years ago as I've got a lot of work ahead of me.

Great work damn man you got **** bigger than my last GF in those originals! Now you gotta focus on not being an anorexic and add some MASSSSSS
 
Yeah, chronic aversion to taking off my top for most of my life because of those, not for much longer hopefully. It put me off going to the beach, swimming, pool parties, all kinds of things. It's nice being able to finally wear fitted clothes and have things sit on me correctly. Some people have suggested my fat storage seems hormonal but whenever I've had blood taken I've never been told anything is out of whack.

I'm going for the Lyle McDonald thing where you cycle (not that kind) between clean bulks until you get to 15% or so, then strict cuts back down to 7-10% - got to get to that starting position first.

At the point where I would love to start bulking but the peace of mind from having pecs not boobs > dat mass for now. Weight off my chest, literally. Could strict cut which would speed things up I guess, but then I really would end up looking anorexic so it's recomp till lean I guess.

I've looked at other ways I could speed things up more without stalling my lifting progress, but tbh I'm not keen trying to blag DoDo cough mixture to make an ECA stack from Boots or trying to somehow get hold of alpha-Yohimbine etc, and none of the readily available supps seem to offer much unless I'm missing something.

Reference pic pre-cut. 80.5kg. Got a lot of loose skin from losting 100lbs+, which I don't expect to ever go away really. But I might aswell see how close I can get!

CocaCola, definitely going the right way, but holy hell learn to wear your boxers/joggers properly! You should be drawing a line across your waist with your clothes, not a U shape!
