OcUK Health Seekers: Post your progress pics

This is all very entertaining fellas lol

Yes for the record, acne scarring, not in fact acne, those are not lovely puss filled nodules that i could clear up with a clean diet and orange juice. Im afraid i have a condition that causes me to scar excessively anywhere on my torso. Any injury (even a biopsy i had done by a very skilled private surgeon) forms a lump of hard tissue.

Yes it sucks, itll never go away, but we play the hand we are dealt, and yes i dont give a "££$% lol

I've experienced a bit of this, and also suffered from acne in my teens/early 20's - until I started taking roaccutane.

Hi, I dont post much in here but I have taken lots of advice from the various posts and stickies so a big thankyou to all that have posted all the advice in this sub forum :)
I have been plugging away slowly but surely over the past couple of years and over recent months have started to eat properly and am starting to see the results. Still a long way from where I want to be but progress is being made and once again thanks for all who post their advice here :)

Exactly. What's not to get?

Ultra_Extreme, seriously bro you are leaning out really well. I can see it more in your face than anything, but that pre-lifting pic really puts it into perspective.

cheers bro, tbh i see it more in my 35in waist which was 40, lol but then never had nothing to fit on my fat face!
