OcUK Health Seekers: Post your progress pics

I suspect that the mods don't have time to read these threads fully, but the problem with the last few pages wasn't the discussion of certain topics.

Some people are consistently posting inflammatory remarks in this sub forum, and it effectively amounts to trolling, which I'm sure is against the rules.

i used to lift really heavy until my knee injury (200kg squat, 170kg deadlift). the ligaments and tendons in my knee got stretched after a hyperextension, so my patella is now permanently loose. after 3-4 knee dislocations i decided i had to stop squatting.

i now use machines for physio as they are far safer for my condition.
Just because I can't resist...

1) 200kg squat and 170kg deadlift = guaranteed partial ROM squats

2) Injured yourself, so you couldn't even do what you were doing safely

3) Machines for physio because they're safer!? Well, no, no they are not.

Did no one bother to read Huddys warning?

I suggest this thread gets back on topic or the ban hammer will drop. If it continues and certain individuals continue to troll then lengthy suspensions will be handed out and SA access removed.

Thank you mods!

It's unfortunate that the post that remains at the top of this page is a thinly veiled personal attack. That is easyrider posting pictures of another member.

Quick update shot from yesterday's shoulder session.

rejoined the gym 5 weeks ago, getting back into the swing of things after nearly a year off! Bodyfat was nearly 15% early april, now down to about 13.4% but still a long way to go! I've not lost any weight though so it's been a nice lean change and starting to get some more mass in the right places :)

Does anyone have any tips to sort a core inbalance? Now my abs are slightly starting to poke through its starting to really **** me off that im completely inbalanced :(

EDIT I am only using bodyfat scales, so i only ever use the bodyfat % as a cross reference to other readings ive had, much like a dyno readout, only really useful for before and after...
