haha was just thinking that, lil winky = big :(

No point attracting the ladies with the guns, only to scare them away with your tiny manhood.

So you know....thats a myth, sure your balls get small due to atrophy which occurs naturally as the testes shut down production of testosterone as your 'supplementation' supercedes it. But your actual 'manhood' cannot grow or shrink, i have checked this and actually conversed with lifelong juicers about it.

The common answer is

"Well its bound to look smaller when the rest of you is "$£"%%$%^ massive!"

The truth of the matter is that bodybuilding beyond the point where you use drugs is very often deeply rooted in poor male self image and feelings of inadequacy, these feelings are more common in men with average or below average equipment, thus your average bodybuilder who is genuinely big has a high percentage chance of being of average size or less, skewing the sample. Thats my theory.

^ True. Alough without being big headed at all here, my manhood is v large. So I reckon the myth of bodybuilders having small packages is rubbish, steroid related or not. As UE said it's bound to look smaller when the rest of you is massive.

Alough i've always wondered, is it possible in anyway to make manhood bigger with steroid or weights? the penis itself is a muscle so why not?

Sorry to drag this back FF, but steroids provoke testicular atrophy. Your balls shrink with steroids. Hence the small package.

Don't be sorry, just don't continue it!! I don't want to any more discussion of the ins and outs of steroids on this forum. If you want to discuss it amongst yourselves please do, not here, and not in this thread.

It would be strange if we could discuss steroids openly here, when you can't even have threads about headaches in GD :p

Dark_shadow making some great progress. Make your elbow more of a 90 degree angle in the front double bi though, it will look a lot better :)

That's that with this conversation please.

This is for posting pics and discussing progress. Macabre, you keep talking proudly of your physique, let's see it then!

Nah im not meaning to big myself up m8.
I know im not a massive bodybuilder. But for my age im doing quite well and I have plenty of time on my hands. Obviously lagging muscles such as lats and traps, still plenty of time to build them up. I don't mind posting pictures at all though, and will do soon. Im just over 16 stone, 6ft 1, and at 19 thats quite good imo. But i've a long way to go.

Great stats! Same height as me, though you're about 4~8lbs (I vary week on week) heavier - at 19 that's pretty damned good you should be proud. I didn't mean you were boasting, you seemed proud which is good. What's your bodyfat like? At 19 I had pretty much lost all my puppyfat - but as you get older your muscles become denser and you start to look more "solid" rather than "soft" as you tend to look as a teenager. Don't be shy about posting pics :)

Yeah im getting what you mean by the soft issue, im wanting to look a lot more "solid". My stomach is flat but I still have some fat kicking about that areas I won't denie it. Im not going to have as much muscle mass as you, I've seen your pics (I'll catch up though :p.)

I'll put some pics up. Not the best poses, and crappy camera work but you can make something out of it haha.

Those pics remind me of SK07 all about close up arm shots. Not knocking you m8 but id like to see a front double biceps and a most muscular if you get chance, better overall synopsis of your physique i mean your arms look huge in those shots but youve got (as you admit) no lats and really not much back to speak of, its all a bit out of context.

You have some muscle definition, but as I suspected still look a little "soft" - you don't look like you're lugging around over 16st but fair play to you if you do. You need some more distance/all over body shots to really make a fair call though - you look slim and lean, but not as though you have much "mass", certainly from your back shot you do look quite slight. However it could just be bad pics. There's definitely muscle definition and muscle there and definitely a good base to work on, I'm just surprised by your bodyweight. Get some better shots up!

I swear to Christ I've been eating more.
I can't even figure out whether it's helping though, I had a conversation with my coach just yesterday about how I thought my fitness and endurance wasn't going up like I thought it should (he told me it was fine), and although I'm definitely eating a physically larger amount of food - because I cleaned up my diet as well a lot recently, my body fat has actually started to go down!? Overall my weight has gone from bang on 70kg to 73kg dry - so with the bf going down that must be a muscle gain surely?

Sod it, maybe I should stop complaining? I look ok I think, and that's probably the first time I've ever thought that about myself.

Anyway, I'm starting the unconventional pose competition :D :

Grate shape dude. If I had a stucture like that id be high on the protein intake and hitting the weights big time...you have an awsome structure on which to build on. You look young also...which helps! Do you have any goals to get bigger....or stay more athletic looking?

Well I'm training to be a boxer so all my goals are orientated around that. At the moment I'd just love to be fitter overall and have greater endurance, but I've only just reached the point where I feel I can start doing exercise other than the boxing sessions - Before I needed all my energy just to get through each session and I'd have to spend the next day resting, but now I've started running/skipping/cycling on the off days to try and build up my legs faster, as I know they are by far my weakest body part.
I was considering starting a thread asking for help because I'm sure I could be doing things differently on these off-days to advance myself even faster.

edit: based on the weight I mentioned (73Kg - just under 6foot), can anyone hazard a guess at my bf%?
