OcUK, I'm confused and worried

Have you got any pictures of your production facility? It would be quite interesting to see how big your facility is in relation to how many units you say you ship.

Top secret, we do things a little differently to our competition so keep it under our hats. ;)

Really nice builds, I never hesitate in recommending you guys, and I might just start pointing people towards your site for the prebuilt machines instead of ordering the components and building myself. I don't think I could achieve such a high standard of build in such a short amount of time, plus the prices are too good not to really. I guess I don't have as much time on my hands anymore to build though.

However, I think OcUK should sell some official mugs so all us builders can enjoy an nice overclocked cup of tea whilst we sort out our cable management!

And by official mugs I don't mean your employees, they've always been very adept when speaking to them.

Titan Ninja goodness. :)

And yes that is a 5870.
Please tell me that's not a graphics card :(

Just wating for the day where it comes with ports to plug in your keyboard, mouse and monitor etc

Beats my cramming all the wires in method of a few years ago. But then I didn't have a modular PSU:

I had an X1900XT, with about 1mm to spare. Hard to see, but the cables all held a square shape when the lid was removed.

Those systems look very tidy, much better than some custom built systems Ive seen. I'd buy a built system if i didn't enjoy building them myself :D.

Personally I've never had a problem with OCUK. Only time I had issues, was that it used to be (years ago) hard to get through on the phone for support/RMA enquiries etc. But since it has all gone automated with webnotes and electronic RMA procedures it's simple and hassle free. As said, just make sure what you are returning IS faulty. If you can't diagnose - or know someone that can diagnose - what piece of hardware is at fault, then perhaps you need to ask yourself if you should be building PCs from components yourself in the first place.

As Spie said OcUK have had issues, serious issues, in the past which why I won't buy from them again. But saying that it was a few years ago. But I'm sticking to my word. Shame really as 98% of the time OcUK have the best prices and components available online.

Do ocuk still charge your card for stuff which is either out of stock or pre-order? Been a while since I ordered something which was either of these on here due to this. Is this being proactively addressed or is it still standard policy? This seems to be the best place to ask.

What's wrong with visitors to OcUK from Essex, anyway? :'(

I don't order stuff from OcUK very often now (certainly nothing like as much as I used to), mostly because I'm just not buying much hardware in general, but I've always been dealt with courteously. Upgrade time next year, and I'd be happy to leave it to OcUK to custom build me something - but I like my CM Stacker cases (bought from OcUK) too much.

PS - OcUK should do home visits. I have three PCs that need their cables tidying. :p :D
