Decisions are made based on the rules, break them and suffer the consequences. Just because a decision is unpopular doesn't mean it was the wrong choice, particularly with regards to rule breaking. Questioning admin decisions when based on rule breaks is counter-productive as it only undermines them.

In your case, see the OP - Rule 8. I'd have banned you myself if I was still actively involved. No hard feelings of course :)

Whether its unpopular or not is irrelevent, you had been given multiple warnings for breaking multiple rules, were rude and agressive towards the admins and the reasons you've given for that are pathetic at best.

Your banning may be unpopular with the "in" crowd, but it was the right one IMO.

Blunt, but not rude I would say. Aggressive as holding down your point of view?

As a result the admin team talk through and make decisions together to ensure no rash decisions are made. No additional input is required, we look at the evidence & any past occurrences.

I just think that the conversations would be interesting if they were made view able.

this started for me the other day aswell, like lag but not lag. I changed texture pack and it seems to have gone away.

not quite sure what happened but it was spiking my gfx card an awful lot.

odd how it just started happening
 
As it is a perma-ban offense generally all of players personal belongings will be destroyed, the community ones will stay though.

Sorry to hear that matey, hopefully you can get your build near spawn built now :p I removed part of a 1x1 tower there due to players complaints (was only 20 blocks or so).

Cheers, and that's ok, I just built it as a temporary measure to see how high I had left. :)
