Ahh so we did. I seem to remember you had some shoulder injuries last time we spoke? cleared up or still causing problems?

Yeah problem still there. Appears to be getting a little bit better, trying to do scapula pushups and shoulder dislocations when I can, and just generally improve it's mobility.

It just feels like it's twisted though compared to the other one, hard to explain.

Christ Benny, don't ask him that! :p

Sounds like a bit of a bummer. Time to get some energy legs on you!

Energy legs? :p

But yes, highly annoying, that along with my lower back it's a bit of an issue

Don't you also live near me as well?

Yep. Dunstables about 40mins-1 Hour away or something along those lines. There are a few members in the surrounding area :)

Cool. We should all do a local session sometime.

(Plus I want to see Benny's BMW)

I don't have it any more :( or the bike :(

The DW in Aylesbury is pretty well equipped but steep at £10 a pop for non members. I don't understand their pricing as it's £25 a month or £10 a session, definitely the balance isn't right there!

Ah man, that BMW was a beaut.

£25 a month? My DW is £38 a month...however can arrange guests free of charge

It was, maybe again in the not too distant future.

Yeah, has only been open since June.

Their plates have notches on so tend to roll a bit between reps on deadlifts which is annoying. Cages & plate loaded machines are all decent. As are the benches/dumbells. They have some TRX's and plenty of matted areas for stretching/conditioning work.

Only downside is it doesn't have any natural light or air conditioning but for £25 I can make do without either of those for an hour.

If there's any updates that need doing I'll get on it in the next few days, lifes been a bit hectic since I started my new job so it's rare I get any time to sit and spend any proper time on here.

New to here & lifting but aiming high - just a months odd into my 5x5 training (a long way to go).

Bench -55kg
Squat - 85kg
Dead-lift -100kg

Weight 88kg

(edit - these are not my 1RP - they are 5x5, as I don't have a spotter at home - I'll see what I can get em up too).
To update.

Bench - 65kg (reps)
Squat - 95kg (reps)
Dead-lift 125kg (reps)

Weight 84kg (If I get rid of the fat I'd be about 75kg I think lol)

Arg, slow progress is slow.
