Max week last week after finishing my last pyramid cycle, new stats:

Bench: 174.633Kg
Squat: 192.77 Kg
Deadlift: 238.13Kg

total: 605.533 kg

Bodyweight: 223lbs ......101.15 KG (off season bulk)

aye, the bench finally came off plateau thanks to dumbbells and incline.

I think Im done with strength training for a while, I have more then enough strength so Im adopting a 15,8,failure routine to build some size.
 
just noticed you have jumped into the 600 club, bloody good work fella :D

ive stopped doing flat BB benching and doing dips instead (which is some feat at 125kg!)

I think bench is only good up to a certain point, after that you need to hit it in a completely new way. I love doing weighted dips but I find as soon as I come off the bar my shoulders hurt like crazy?
 
i find its more my forearms that hurt than my shoulders. i must really grip the bar hard!
by hurt i mean actual pain rather than pain from doing the dips themselves (i feel the movement great in the pecs)

Hmm how hot are the cheerleaders? That might be the defining factor!! lol but add on 4 more hours as moving to Chi-town in August I think :cool:
But I may have to check out a game in the fall! (I'll fly for sure!)

Mate, went to the dealership and test drove the S - wow !! :D uber cool! loved the paddle shifters it had - sounds superb!!

I guess I could put my name down for this, I am only really just starting to take the gym seriously so my stats aren't too impressive compared to most but I'm improving them everytime I go.

Flat Bench: 62.5kg
Squat 110kg
Deadlift 107.5kg

All are for 5x5, don't know what my 1 rep max would be. Weight is 90kg.
