Whenever I train with Rob, weight is never the focus. Weight goes out the window and it's making sure I get perfect form out of every rep. It does help though because when I do have my week when I go for big weights, it's helped me massively as my form is so much better
For example, with him, when I squat, I'm lucky to go over 60-70kg, but he'll make sure that at that weight I'm working just as hard, and it still hurts way more
