I'm going to be out of the running for a while in getting my numbers up :(

My knee is really giving me problems on anything over 120kg at the moment, and I'm deadlifting for reps most of the time so never going for heavy. Same for benching really

You lot above me should count yourself lucky :p

Why do you ask?

I'm guessing that its because your bench is quite similar to your squat and deadlift, which it generally shouldn't be.

yeah your bench is impressive but your squat and deadlift in comparison, are not.

my cousin has a leverage machine, i can bench 75kg in my rack, but on his leverage system i can do 120kg+.

so i thought you were maybe using a machine or a smith, etc.
 
If we have a bicep curl option, can we have 2 categories, one for rubbish form (still back), one for swinging your back too as we know that's the proper way to do it

lol i wonder if he goes around telling people he can dumbell curl 65kg, then they just look at the size of his arms

It's like saying I can deadlift 600KG raw but it's just too small a movement for anybody to actually see.

If he spent the time and effort into setting up for that squatting instead he might actually get somewhere.

It shocks me how few people realise how small the bicep actually is in comparison to the tricep. I had to explain this to my friend by fully extending my arm for him to see my tricep 'belly' hanging beneath my arm :rolleyes:
