That first video is how about 50% of the guys in my gym lift :(

My form is poor though, I'm sat down for a start :(

I do all my presses standing on my head. All the blood drains into my triceps and my strength increases five fold.

Looking foward to it! Doing HST at the moment though plan on having a week to just faff about once I finish the de-conditioning so might well pop down then. What did you make of the new gym?
 
Can I be added to this, stalled on deadlift today so I don't think I'll see much progress soon:

This is 6 months progress, 3 of which I've been doing stronglifts :)

it might be the camera angle, but it looked like you started with your shoulders below your ass? while its not my preference, it shows that your back is strong as you were removing a lot of the leg work :)
Are you talking about the last lift? I was thinking it was rather high, looking in the mirror you can see my chest slightly higher but it does need addressing I think?

Wow DS! Amazing lifting there, how much do you weigh again? That's given me motivation to smash deadlifts tonight. My second deadlift session since over a month's break. 175kg was my previous PB, did 190k last week and I'm going to try to break 200kg today.
Last I weighed in I was 70KG I think I piled on a few pounds but I'm starting to cut again.

105kg x 1 PB! :D

I told you lot I was coming for you...(albeit very slowly :p)
