I suppose it doesn't matter what I think, or what anyone else thinks. You're a popular member, especially in GD so it's fairly obvious you'll have no punishment. I feel sorry for your recipient and I can't believe someone can be totally incapable of:

If the person guilty of not sending a present had not been an "OCUK celebrity" or had a low post count then everyone would be calling for immediate bannage.

However since the person in question is well know on the forums lots of people think a ban is too harsh and that everything will be ok as long as it gets there eventually

There's not much more to be said about this one. Neodite hasn't been active since 30th November apparently, something bad might've happened to him :S
Banning him probably won't make a difference.
