Well I'm completely gutted.
I finally tracked down my lost parcel and got it delivered.
Once I had it in my hands I set the IPD to max and popped it on my head. 5 minutes later, massive, splitting headache. Took it off. Tried again an hour later, same deal. It's completely unusable for me.
I have an IPD of 71mm and have never had any issue with either the Q1 or the CV1.

Oh well, guess it will have to be returned.

That sucks. Maybe try with the glasses spacer in? I know the issues it's been solving have been for other things, but I can see why it may help with IPD a little too.

Yodel by any chance though? Mines is still 'lost'. I've bought another, and will return/refuse delivery if the other ever turns up!

Try the Glasses Spacer before you give up.

Did you try just leaving it at Position 2 and see how it goes?

No idea, anything else using the 5ghz channel?

No I have a split network so only the Quest on the 5GHz channel. There is a phone on the 2.4 GHz channel and my PC and NAS over ethernet. I've tried rebooting, resetting, everything, multiple times. Im certain it was showing 866 Mbps yesterday in VD and now it is showing 400 no matter what I do. Its a Virgin Superhub 3.

Have you tried manually setting the channel width? If not, set it to 80mhz

Did you try just disconnecting the computer and reconnecting from within Virtual desktop?

In the router settings, for the 5Ghz network, try setting it to 40Hz, if that's an option.

Did the Router move? or is there something in the way that wasn't there yesterday? (sorry, just throwing out random ideas now)

Thanks chaps. I joined the VD discord and Guy Godin himself just gave me the same advice. My router was set to 20/40 MHz channel width, and it needed to be set to 20/40/80 mode. We had a power cut Wednesday night, maybe that scrambled my router settings cos it was definitely working before. Anyway, I now have 866 Mbps mode back.

Tried the link cable and set pixel density in debug tool to 1.4 but not seeing a big difference in visual quality, it does look slightly sharper but not a hugh difference even setting it to 2.0. Any ideas what else to try?
