***Offical Dead Rising 2 Thread***

I don't understand the criticism this game's getting, it's basically taken everything the first game did and improved upon it. Granted, the save system has been made a little less punishing but the gameplay has been improved, you have a much bigger map with far more to discover in it.

Also... The clown psycho fom the first game is NOTHING compared to Slappy.
 
How the blooming heck do I start a coop game?
A m8 can't join my game why can't they make it more simple.
Sometime I hate these japanese game companies.

EDIT: ok found more info stupid game.
Players can simply pick up their in-game transceivers and call their friend for assitance at any time during the game. They’ll be sent out an invite, whether it be over Xbox LIVE or PlayStation Network, and once they accept they’ll appear by your side to kick zombie ass.

I take it you haven't paid attention to the game them, as it explains how to invite your friends when you get given the transceiver.
 
Finished this earlier with a mate in co-op mode, great game bit some bits are very annoying! Going through it again now as I'm only around lvl 31.
 
Anyone short of money?

Quick cash if you go to the royal flush plaza, find the sports shop (leave safehouse, turn left, on your right by the giant craps floor)

Head to the back of the shop and play the golf :)

2k entry, 10k prize if you can sink 1 out of 3 shots. Press A to start the meter, press A again to stop it in the indicated zone.

Made $100,000 in about 5 mins :)


entry price goes to 4k, then 6k the first time but then resets to 2k.....Easiest Zombrex you'll earn ;)

Only had to buy one Zombrex right at the start... I only have to give Katy 1 more dose and I have 4! I also rescued a survivor who was robbing ATMs in the Casino to the right of the Safe House exit and when I rescued him he gave me $50,000! Easy Money.
