So Merc wouldn't pay Button's price but they will Kimi's? I don't believe the "It wasn't about the money" line from Button/Fry/Brawn. This is still the same Jenson Button who has tried to get out of contracts and demand high wages from the past.
they had boards in 98? check the silverstone vid i posted , spa was even worse in 98 and i think monza might have been really wet aswell

he was disqualified because the skid plate was worn down to much at the end of the race.I think 1994 was when the boards were introduced. MS and Bennetton were found to have a board that was deemed illegal at Spa, where he had his race win wiped out and banned for the next 3 races.
I don't think anybody else has ever been caught with running an illegal board.
