Sounds like the offset affair the Gigabyte board had. Strange, I would have thought the bios would be very similar to the ROG board. Any screenshots of the bios?

So when you actually try to type your voltage in the box with yellow writing (e.g. 1.5V), it doesn't let you?
It didn't but I may have overlooked the manual setting; it definitely had the + - tabs and I would have preferred to just see the value you were submitting.
edit: ran the old cinebench R11.5 to compare to UD3 score.. both at 4.9ghz the CHVFZ is scoring lower. 8.05 vs 8.39 achieved with the UD3![]()
Scores between different versions of the benchmark can't be compared.
i ran the older version, same as i used for the UD3 board
