** Official Antec Kuhler Owners' Thread **

im looking to upgrade my cooler next week, is this due back in stock, is it actually better than the H70, or better vaule £ for £ than the H70?
 
the df 10 has a 160mm export fan on the top and a 120mm export on the back im removing the back fan so i can fit the new fan/radiator. there is a 120mm expansion slot on the side door and 2 at the front of the case. any ideas how to create the best airflow? add fans maybe set to export/intake?

Does anybody have any idea on when these are coming back in stock? Been waiting a week now since they were last due back in stock :(

Seemed ultra quiet at first but now a bit noisy. Anyone found this? and is it the fan or what?
I'm using the stock fan and a Xilence Red Wing 120 (left over from previous PC but wanted to try push/pull).

Do you reccomend using a splitter so both fans are running off the Kuhler?

Just ordered:

1 x Antec Kuhler 620
1 x Akasa PWM Fan Splitter
2 x Akasa 120mm Vipers

Looking for some push/pull action - roll on next week for delivery!
 
When is the Antec Kuhler 920 out please?

Also, the report is that the fans supplied with the 920 are pretty loud, is the warranty affected (for the rest of the kit) if you don't use the supplied fans?

ive got a different fan on mine,it fine to use another fan and will not void your warranty

try changing the fan around so the cable is at the back near the mother board
 
Hey guys, im thinking of buying the 620, just wanted to know though, that if i have a push-pull config, but with the fans operating at different speeds how much of a difference will it make. Thanks

yip i'm finding it a bit louder as well. Mind you i don't have the push/pull

but i swear it was silent before hand now it's a little noiser?

Found it.
Its the antec fan. Suddenly its loud.
I took it out and put my Xilence fan in its place and its silent again.

Plugged the antec fan into a sys fan to see if its really *that* loud and it is :confused:. Sure it wasn't like this when I turned on the system the first few times.

Is it meant to be that loud, or maybe a dodgy fan?
 
I may just order two new fans anyhow, as I need more to fix up my previous PC.

Will be a good way of testing if the cooling changes by using a much quieter and different fan to the included Antec.. Because I admit, it seemed to move a lot of air, although very fast and loud.

Does anyone know how to find fans that would suit the Kuhler? Its not just about being quiet and fast RPM right? Air moved? I'm not clued up on fans :p
