We're not all moaning, only a couple of people are, I for one can't play FPS with a pad at all.

The other games mentioned are 3rd person and are best played with a pad, I would moan if they didn't have 360 pad support.

Are you confused because you can't be bothered to read or because you're just being argumentative? Some people like to be able to play with a gamepad and usually from the comfort of their sofa, you used to be able to do this perfectly in Bioshock 1 and for some reason they're not including it in Bioshock 2. If it wasn't in Bioshock 1 and hadn't been done so well then we wouldn't have had any expectation of it being possible in the sequel.

We've just done this to death no more than a few posts up. I couldn't care less what "most pc gamers constantly go on" about. I just know that if I want to play a pc game on the big screen it's going to be much more fun with a properly supported controller. Also, I couldn't care less if it makes me less accurate than a keyboard and mouse, the fact that the same game will play perfectly on 360 with a controller is a testament to how it should also play the same on PC with the same controller.

My collectors edition was posted yesterday so hopefully will get this tomorrow.

Hope I can play it instead of the MW2 activation saga I had cos I received it before release date.

Most PC versions should arrive this weekend as game are even shipping later today & if they ship you know everyone else has already!
 
I think it has a release date check which is why there has been no pirate version released so you will have to wait until Tuesday to play it.

Postie was kind this morning and my copy arrived from a place where I earned clubcard points. Never had a game three days early before. What a ****er that I have such a busy weekend that there is no way I will be able to install it until tomorrow night!

Now for my ritual of when a new game arrives, read the instruction manual while sitting in the smallest room! The reason why I didn't bother with steam.

Just managed to get this installed and guess what? There is a date checker as part of the installation and it won't play until 12.01am on Tuesday. Here I was thinking I was ahead of the game! Oh well.

And that is why I refuse to buy this game. Fair enough if it's in digital download pre-orders, but it's poor show in the retail version. They should follow Mass Effect 2's suit and just have a disk check. The piracy certainly hasn't prevented it from selling 3x+ Mass Effect 1's opening week.
 
DPD van turned up today with a huge box from a competitor, turns out it was my collectors edition!

The box was the same packing and size you'd expect from hundreds of pounds of computer hardware :p

None the less this is a bloody impressive bit of kit, shame I can't play it because of the release date check :(
