Today we were informed that all DCS activation keys purchased through Eagle Dynamics, with the exception of the Black Shark 2 Upgrade, have been merged to Steam.

Just tried it with my A10C key and its activated on steam. Smart move imo!

Looks like the huey isnt on steam yet, everything else bar the A10A (unlocks later today supposedly) is already up and running.

DCS World = free you get the epic su-25T to fly for free

A-10C , black shark 2 , huey , combined arms

that would be the ones I would buy if starting out

Sadly FC3 aint in this steam sale
FC3 = Su-27, Su-33, A-10A, su-25A, MiG-29A, MiG-29S, F-15C in one pack BUT you need lomac as well (crm-lomag)

Lucky you mate, I am gutted to see the Huey module that cheap. Especially since it is still in beta, and a hell of a lot of us paid full price...

Yes it looks like they have changed it. It was 80% off, so probably caused some aggro for them again and was a mistake from the start.
Most likely unintentional adding 70% discount on top of the current discount, when it was probably never going to be discounted past 10%.

I don't suppose the original DCS: BlackShark is any use with this? I have the full A-10 game from when it first came out, never really got into it. Been meaning to give it a proper go someday, too many games to play and things to do :)

Nope , Black Shark 1 is abandonware (no updates , no point buying it) it does not work with DCS world

Get DCS: Black Shark 2 (full version) -> http://store.steampowered.com/app/240280/
do NOT get the "upgrade version" aka
"Black Shark 2 - the quest to make users pay for a patch"
