Think you just need the main block (pretty sure). I'd revert to stock clock speed to avoid any chance of instability, don't want it crashing mid-flash.

Burn the image to cd and boot up from it. It has all the bios' s you need for your mobo. Highly recommended and far safer than using winflash in windows.
