I've not had a listen (so won't link in case of swearies), but Totalbiscuit has put out a "I will now gush about DOOM's campaign for about 20 minutes" video. I believe he's pretty blown away by it.

how to get above 60fps, i have latest drivers 365.19, want 144fps option and don't see it

Installing the 365.19 drivers set my (desktop) frequency down to 60Hz and Doom ran at 60Hz - putting it back to 144 sorted it for me.

I'd wait for reviews to come in, it's what I'm doing. No desire for MP, but a good SP campaign and I'll pay £22/23.

Runs really superb on my GTX 980, 4790k, 16 gig ram @3440 x1440. Steady 60 for easy. Latest nvidia drivers. Good old frag fest with lovely visuals. Reading some people struggling with 980ti's @ same res baffles me.

2 hours in and I'm loving it. I never played any previous Doom games but this is exactly what I thought it'd be: fast, chaotic and challenging. I've been after an FPS like this for a long time and nothing similar was quite doing it for me. I could (and probably will) play this all night

I'm having one issue with it though which is that I get an instant crash to desktop out of nowhere every 40 mins or so. Anyone else having this issue? (GTX970 with latest drivers, Windows 10)

This thread definitely makes positive reading. I might get it when they release crossfire support, want to enjoy the graphics when I play it for the first time. Anyone played the multiplayer now it's finalfinal?

Make sure you download the latest 365.19 drivers, it drastically improved my FPS.

I'm running the 2 Nightmare graphics settings as well, and at times peak into the hundreds on my system.

Running 3340x1440 ultra preset stays pretty much at locked 60fps with a 980ti. Loving it so far. Changed the render mode to gritty.
