If someone cannot see, by eye, the drop in fps you describe and have to have a framecounter to see it, then it is not visible at all unless you LOOK for it with a framecounter. At which point I fail to see the problem, unless you want something to complain about or you are a perfectionist. And as the vast majority of this game takes place in the "wilderness, nothingness or indoors" through exploration, I'd say those people probably have a more accurate opinion on the game as you do.
I've told you they were default to Ultra, with Godrays on High. You don't need my ini's.Can you upload your .inis? I'd like to take a look and see if theres anything different.
But it is a problem, Im used to playing at >100 fps.
So 30 fps to me, games like Dark souls, are unplayable because any motion is juddering, especially sideways motion or panning camera sideways.
I notice this. Others may not, casuals as they're called.
this might be a daft question, but how do I break down things like aluminium cans into aluminium?
You don't. When trying to make something that has aluminium, it will automatically break down the cans in to aluminium.
When looting items it has what it can be broken down to in brackets on the screen. For example a typewriter might be 3 screws 3 plastic(just an example). In effect you are just looting the materials.
oh ok, was hoping to be able to just break things down for better inventory management, but nvm, thanks for replying though.![]()
That would be great if you could do that. I'm sure someone will make a mod that does that at some point.

I'll tell you this for free though - going from 4.7Ghz overclock, 2400MHz ram to stock settings saw my fps drop by 10 in that area.
Lol you are hilarious![]()
Do you get an achievement for playing at 60 FPS?
Keep coming back to this thread expecting some interesting discussion of the game and instead find handbags swinging about... dissapoint
