I've only played 45 minutes or so, and imo it is, very.
The accents, landmarks and nods to other stuff that Rob B mentioned.
It's hard to explain without spoilers.
What have you got to lose by trying it?

Hmm, PC works fine but copying the entire folder to the steamdeck results in the London background on the main screen but it's still FO4 menus/saves/etc and if starting a new game it starts FO4.

Going to totally delete and copy across again
