Looking at the FOLON Discord I’m not alone with load times.
Hopefully there will a be a fix for it, as the game is very enjoyable.
I’ll try turning off some more mods in Vortex and just keep the recommended by the FOLON team and see if that helps.

Ive tried a couple that claim to improve loading times, but without exactly timing it, dont seem to do anything.

Load screens entering and leaving buildings are way way shorter now I deleted a graphics mod that I hadn’t previously seen.
Fast travel is still slooow though.

Just bought the GOTY on Steam. Installed it, thought I'd boot it up to make sure it was ok before I did the rollback and London install.

Game crashes within 5 minutes ever time. Not expecting to be able to get the London addon working

Was about to install it yesterday. Then thought just wait a few months. Give @CAT-THE-FIFTH some time to beta test for me. No doubt some bugs will be found.

Playing fantastic here @ 4k ultrawide, capped at 100 fps (monitor limit).

Load times around 20-22 seconds entering/leaving buildings on an NVME.

Really enjoying it.

No crashes here after a couple of hours playing, but I do have BUFFOUT 4 installed which helps aaccording to the Interwebz.

Also weapons debris crash fix (was installed for FO4, needed for Nviidia RTX cards).

The first installation guide I saw was "for GOG just click here", "for Steam use the Steam Console to downgrade and..."

So though, I think I will leave it. Seems there are downgraders though but still after the easy of Wabbajack installs I think I will wait. Really expect any major mod to come with Wabbajack these days, or at least use the Stock Game feature with MMO.

I'm sure there will be some bugs and later quality of life mods, so no hurry.

I really want to play and enjoy this game but the loading times are ruining it for me, at the begining i was dealing with a few crashes, but downloading the Buffout 4 mod seems to have solved that issue, but dealing with minute loading times is ruining this for me. Think i am going to walk away from this for a while.

Thought I had jumped into the Starfield section by accident.

I think I'm going to go GOG version to save the messing about.

Deleted everything and hope there is a one click / easy install version in future

You don’t download it to steam as such.
Just download the program from GOG, enter your Steam login and it’ll downgrade steam FO4 for you, then DL Folon from GOG and you’re ready to go.
I would recommend using the mods that the devs advise, especially Buffout.
It really is very well worth the effort.
Fast travel is still a bit slow though.
I’m about 12 hours in, and it’s brilliant and funny.
