just had a few games first time in 5 weeks, passing/throughballs spoil the game its garbage. I probably rank higher this year then ever before and its still just rubbish every game is too close when it should be a landslide

I did POTM Mbappe so it got me motivated to play again, also when my coins are gone that's when I will finally hang up my boots. I only do weekend league, no rivals toxicity. It's pretty easy going, I need a football fix until 23.

yeah similar here largly giving up now, not doing the squad builder or sbc.
keep saying i'm quitting they then gave me Prime Marradona and mattheus in packs.
can't be bothered now as my teams is as good as it gets and I still hit the same rank I always have on WL as once you hit a number your team changes and becomes nerfed

I returned to Fifa (22) after a long gap, probably Fifa 13 perhaps? I don't see much quality difference other than graphics. The gameplay feels the same as I remember it, with the same mechanics frustrations. It's still fun most of the time though.

On my career mode it seems that the opposing team always picks a kit colour to clash with mine?! That's probably the most annoying bit as I can't find a way to change their kit during a game.

Anybody looking forward to tots? I can't say I'm excited after my pack luck has mostly been crap and my red picks have been horrendous all year.

largely given up now. not many of the tots players seem to interest me apart from the very top ones and then I've no chance of packing one. Just don't have the motivation to do the squad battles for the icon swaps either. Also the gameplay has turned into players mostly quitting at 0-0, 1-1, 2-2 just to stop you from getting a win.

I've finished the SB icon swaps but only because you can do them all in 12 games and I did them with a friend. I took a punt at the moments sbc today and managed to get myself Ronaldinho.

No more FIFA after this year, instead we’ll have EA Sports FC, which for some reason, is making me feel nauseous.

I just imagine a horrible, commercial, social media driven crapfest that just tries to part you with more cash at every possible opportunity

Decided to play a few games this evening, most delayed piece of **** I’ve ever experienced. Game was dead after patch 2 and never recovered.

This game is horrendous but I'm going for the platinum but my EA account won't connect? Keeps prompting me to reset password, after I do it tells me to reset it again it just won't connect.

I try to sign in via psn on EA desktop but again prompts me to reset password.

Stuck.

As someone who has just been claiming free packs lol and only just dabbled in the squad building things (hit a brick wall with that as no lw/rw players) why is the game so bad?

Play some rivals or weekend league and you'll quickly realise how broken the game is.

Fifa is a delay ridden, inconsistent, toxic game which uses Psychological tricks to keep you playing and "spending money"...... The game engine has not changed in ages, with each years changes mostly meaningless fluff. They need to start from the ground up with a better engine and network code.

It won’t change now. It’s a game targeted at kids, these ridiculous cards are what they will talk about at school. It’s a shame, but the money they will make from the game there is just no incentive to change.

it’s the same tripe as the last few unfortunately, peoples patience is just becoming abit thin now. As above, it’s toxic and way too RNG for it to be any form of competitive game. It desperately needs a new engine and probably won’t come any time soon.
