Liverpool *should* be good in time - but you might need at least 3 seasons to reap the rewards. Be patient, just don't get sacked or relegated 
What do you guys do with your youth? I am having more luck finding 15/16 year olds but they are obviously not ready for the first team. I find that if I keep them at my club and train them they will improve quite rapidly - equally if i send them out on loan as KEY players they will get lots of first team experience BUT they will not train as quickly. So what are you best doing?
