***** Official Football Manager 13 Thread *****

I got one file corruption in the Megamod when extracting it :-

"CRC failed in graphics\pictures\logos\Metallic Logos\Clubs\back left\43066312.png. The file is corrupt"

Anyone else get this?

That little **** Aguero is knocking them in for fun here on my Liverpool save too, now August 2014. I've been doing fine against the likes of ManU, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs etc but City seem to be the team to beat - they even look better than everyone else on the pitch, both pre and post patch.

I'm going to see how I get on in the Champions League and then start a new game with a lower league (ish) team...Accrington Stanley more than likely lol.

Edit 1 :- City just lost at home to Spurs 3-1, even with the addition of Hamsik, Fellaini, Bains and Kaboul...grrrr

Edit 2 :- Just beat them 4-2 using an attacking 4-5-1 - yay for me!! Need a new goalie mind as Reiner's been pants for a good while now...

Wellington Nem has suddenly decided to start playing!

He was a bit meh for me first season (so much so that I loaned him back to Brazil at Christmas for a season) I'm having for more luck playing him AMR than AML as an Inside Forward attack (weirdly doesn't play well as an Advanced Playmaker despite seemingly having great attributes for it)

This is as Dortmund.

Can't score for ****. I am scraping through games because my front 4 can't score. We can have over 30 shots, but score like 1 or 2. Disappointing. Sturridge has 0, a young Turkish has 2 (both against Fenerbache, won me the game!), Yilmaz has 1/2 (he is injured now though), and the Swiss guy has 3/4.

Ooops just checked an my bad... its quit game and exit xD but yeah i always get a popup asking to save unless i dont exit a match properly at the end then it just quits.

90.6 hrs so far... but 445.3 hrs on 2012.

Both Yilmaz's goals were lucky. The first one, Hart controlled the ball woefully. His controlled pushed the ball outside the box, and Yilmaz just passed the keeper and scored. The second one, Dzeko (from half pitch) decided it was a good idea to pass back to the keeper. Yilmaz was waiting, and he scored again.

Not bad. If I wil against Rapid, I qualify in 2nd place.
 
I've been managing Leverkusen over the past few days and I'd just noticed that Daniel Schwaab was in the last year of his contract. I tried offering him an extension as he seems like he'd be a useful squad player, the only problem was he was demanding more money than I was willing to pay so I transfer listed him. Upon selling him to Stuttgart I got the following message:

"Leverkusen's Daniel Schwaab is said to be pleased at having agreed terms with Stuttgart. Schwaab revealed he was looking forward to a more cosmopolitan lifestyle in keeping with his image."
