As long as they fix the pit lane bug, show sector 3 on the timings board and maybe make the timings a bit more accurate, then i will be a happy bunny.

Hi Craig,

Using 3 individual mounts, LCD107's that can be found on Amazons site. A pain in the bum to get in line, but allows a hell of a lot of freedom of movement for each screen rather than one fixed mount.

Here's a shot of the them behind the screens when I was putting it all together.

I used the following command

mklink /D C:\ProgramData\Codemasters\FormulaOne\DataCache\yo urcomputersname\ E:\Games\F12010\replay

where yourcomputesnames is exactly that so needs to be replaced. ALso note if the new location has a 'space' in the location then you'll need to wrap the location with " if I remember correctly.
 
Help!
I've got a Momo Racing wheel which the game recognises but it won't let me edit the setup. If I change the control to Custom (I believe), I can edit the input which is fine. But I can not go to Advanced Settings (which is where the force feedback settings are I hope) with either the Momo selected or Custom selected! How to I get to the Advanced Settings??
 
Just need some info on the rules here for my first race day. Am i right in saying I have to pit once during the race to change tryes etc? Will my team tell me when to pit?

I just managed 2 races, which where acceptable on the FPS front, not great. However my menu's are still taking a age to load. I finished the first race, waited 5minutes before going off to shower, i came back 15mins later (20mins total) and it ONLY just got back to the paddock.

After the 2nd race i had to switch my PC off as it got stuck totally... :(
 
so I'm again on pole position and come in for my pitstop. Down to position 21, nobody overtakes me and I end up 15th :rolleyes:

Slagged the team off during my interview and the agent tells me the team was happy how I handled the media. Fair enough!

This is what I'm using at the moment, still doing some experimenting but it seems to work quite well so far :)

Career mode is bogus tbh. Started again with a 3 year career. Legendary AI. Got pole for Williams, pulled out enough space to have a pit stop + an extra half a lap or more. Got a puncture on the first corner after my pit stop. Drove round entire lap losing 45seconds (Even though the timing said Webber was 20s behind) and only got overtaken in the pits. Came 3rd.

few irritating bugs which have probably already been covered. First few races I won relatively easily on medium but just done Catalunya and no matter how well I raced, could not catch the front runners at all. Am fairly sure as well that most of the AI cars didn't pit as my lap times were constantly up there but I never got close to the front few. Couple of times I've noticed the guy on the radio saying that the car in front is 5 seconds ahead when he is right in front of me.

Badly needs some patching.
 
As much as I enjoy the driving and the tracks in this game the AI does mean it's a bit of a let down, it's really silly on Monaco when the cars line up single file when going downhill towards the hairpin, I can't believe they would leave something so dumb in the game and release it, along with the other AI bugs it makes the career mode a lot less interesting unfortunately.
