at 1920x1080, everything at maximum i get 57fps~ with cf disable

Is it just me or is anyone else having crappy performance on near-high-end machines?

I've got Phenom II X4 940 @ 3.6ghz and GTX480 and getting 20-40 in Multiplayer races. 50-60 in Single player Melbourne.

Only very slight improvements even on Ultra low settings. (1080p)

I am surprised how well this runs on my system using Ultra settings / 4xAA, albeit at 1680 x 1050

One thing I have spotted. AI cars do dry weather times during practice in the wet.

Exactly the same problem (bug/ poor programming) on the DFGT, G27 and F430 - I currently have all three.

I've found increasing Satie on helps.

That's down to the textures not loading properly, I'd say reinstall windows it's the only way!!!
